Eric Lawson was replacing bolts on The Force (10a/huge sandbag). On the 3rd bolt, in the middle of a cruxy traverse with horrible feet, Eric applied 10 lbs of pressure with a 6 in wrench and the bolt sheared off! There is no way that bolt would have held body weight, let alone a lead fall.
